This quick reference guide was created as a supplement to a course on data integrity as a reference for team members to review the standards of the company and the standards of ICH GCP. These were combined to create a "one stop shop" solution instead of team members accessing multiple systems and documents. It was created utilizing a combination of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word.
