FIERCE SPIRIT SOAP

My concept was to create something that would appeal to the 35-55 year old woman that has a little more money to spend on a luxury product. When establishing a mood board for ideas I chose companies like the Excellence Hotel Group, Chanel, Dior and Veuve Cliquot.

For the logo I chose to represent Water, Fire and Air. The water is for soap and is the droplet, fire is for fierce and is the flame inside the droplet and air is for spirit and is represented by the swirls. I sketched out my idea and then used the pen tool to perfect it.

I chose a hot foil to highlight the border and the logo. In order to show this in the design I utilized a metallic gradient. I knew I wanted a sea foam color in the background but in order to get it to be perfect I utilized Adobe Color, grabbed the bronze color from the gradient and found the complimentary blue green hue and then tinted it until it was light enough to allow the bronze to pop. I then chose a complimentary chocolate to utilize for the text instead of utilizing black.
